Detecting Deception

Recognizing verbal and non-verbal indicators associated with deception, hesitation, uncertainty and concealed intent in professional interactions is extremely interesting and has to be used with a pinch of salt. “Detecting Deception”, in-person, interactive workshop combines behavioural psychology, communication science and real-world observation techniques to help participants better interpret human behaviour in meetings, negotiations, interviews and business conversations.

Based on evidence-informed communication principles and observational analysis, participants learn how to identify body language clusters, facial expressions, tone variations and behavioural inconsistencies while avoiding common myths and over-interpretation.

TARGET AUDIENCE:
This workshop is designed for managers, team leaders, entrepreneurs, negotiators, consultants and anyone interested in learning more on facial expressions and body language.
